September 2021: an exciting time in the evolution of Cocaso. This video features aerial views of the beautiful location in Biddeford Pool, Maine as well as the exciting moments when windows were fully installed on the house. Most importantly this was the time that signed boards were placed in the interior framing for posterity. Jenn, Jeff, Connor, Caroline and Sophie Parent, and builder Chris Ballard, penned their names, birthdates and special messages that may be found by future generations. A board that records Cocaso's founding date plus the date of purchase of the original house on site is placed.

In July 2021 key Cocaso team members meet about design strategy including designer Jen Lally, architect Jonathan McPhee, and most importantly client-owner Jenn Parent. Meanwhile, stellar progress on interior framing and exterior trim is being made. And...this video has a shocking ending!
